A regulated local operation behind every journey
Luxury should feel effortless — and safe. Your trip is planned and run through a licensed Bali company with insured staff, vetted suppliers and clear data-handling standards, so you can relax into the experience.
Behind the villas and private drivers sits a properly registered business. Our operation runs under PT Juara Holding Group, holding a tourism business license (SIUP Pariwisata) from the Ministry of Tourism and registered for tax under an NPWP. Full-time staff are covered by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan, and we handle guest information in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP). It is the quiet groundwork that lets the rest of your trip feel light.
We are not an informal arrangement of freelancers. The company is licensed, registered and audited to recognised standards — an ISO 9001:2015 quality-management certification, IATA accreditation for the aviation side, and a formal partnership with Garuda Indonesia. Documentation, license numbers and certificates are available on request, so a discerning traveller can verify exactly who they are booking with.
On the road, our vehicles are late-model and pass bi-annual roadworthiness testing (Uji KIR), carry GPS tracking, and are driven by professionally certified drivers trained in defensive driving. On the water, vessels are registered with the Directorate General of Sea Transportation and equipped to SOLAS standards — life rafts, life jackets and fire-suppression systems. In the air, we fly only with holders of a valid Air Operator Certificate (AOC) issued by Indonesia’s DGCA. Every transport partner is re-certified each year against licenses, operational history and safety records.
Five pillars that keep a luxury trip both beautiful and secure.
A registered tourism business with insured, tax-compliant staff.
Drivers, vessels and partners re-certified against safety records each year.
An on-call duty manager and hospital partners throughout your stay.
Your information handled to Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law.
The questions careful travellers ask before they book.

Full-time staff are covered by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan, Indonesia’s statutory employment and health insurance schemes. Transport and vessel partners carry their own operating coverage.
We maintain an ISO 9001:2015 quality-management certification and IATA accreditation, and hold a formal partnership with Garuda Indonesia. Certificates can be shared on request.
Vehicles are late-model and pass bi-annual roadworthiness testing (Uji KIR), carry GPS tracking, and are handled by certified drivers with defensive-driving training. Boats meet SOLAS standards, and flights use only AOC-certified operators.
Every transport and experience partner is re-certified annually. The review covers valid licenses, operational history, safety records and guest feedback, so standards hold from one season to the next.
An on-call duty manager is reachable around the clock, and we work with BIMC and Siloam hospital groups with pre-planned medical-evacuation protocols. A large share of our operational staff hold advanced first-aid certification.
We comply with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP). Your details are used only to plan and deliver your trip, shared solely with the suppliers who need them, and never sold.
